About Nick

I’ve spent over 15 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, gym owner, and coach to other trainers.
I’ve run my own studios in Christchurch and Australia, managed national gym chains, and worked with hundreds of people to build strength safely and sustainably.
Today, I work with a small number of clients locally, focusing on quality coaching, consistency, and long-term results.

Getting started

The first step is a paid initial coaching session
This session is used to:
Understand your goals and training history
Assess movement, strengths, and limitations
Talk through what training structure would suit you best
If it’s a good fit, we’ll look at ongoing training options
If not, you’ll still leave with clarity and direction
